[Swprograms] Radio Luxembourg UK service about to relaunch

Thanks to Mike Barraclough via UK-radio-listeners for providing a direct
link to the Radio Luxembourg audio feed, which now works splendidly.  Also,
thanks to Andy Sennate via DXLD.  Unfortunately, the website is one of the
worst I have ever come across in terms of accessability for people using
screenreaders.  Mine certainly does not pick up any links from the home
page, so here, thanks to Mike, is the direct link.

It's an 8 hour loop tape. The internet feed can take 100, listeners now 5,
maximum had been 9, average time listened was 1 hour 3 minutes.
