I listen almost exclusively in the local evening, so I don't
know if you want my input.
5975 0200-0300 UTC is hit and miss - not consisently there, but
much better lately, usually with some QRM from nearby stations.
5975 0300-0400 UTC is usually solid into Eastern Iowa, with a
good strong listenable signal with minimal QRM.
Both from a minimal Radio Shack portable with the built-in whip
antenna only, bedside listening.
