Local news stations internet feeds at:

BBC London 94.9
http://www.bbc.co.uk/london/tv_and_radio/radio/index.shtml
This feed currently seems to crash after a minute or
so

LBC News 1152 and LBC 97.3 currently running same
service:
http://www.lbcnews1152.co.uk/

http://www.lbc973.co.uk/

Both seem fine here
