Here in New Jersey, I don't have to worry about BPL ever coming to pass- 
the Trentonian newspaper yesterday (June 16) reported that the state 
senate in an effort to bring in more revenue wants to tax several 
things, including Internet downloads. Several people have already told 
me they will be staying off line if this tax issue should pass. (Read
