There's another report on the site I had not seen

I would hope the receivers are using a DAB/DRM as I am
not convinced there is enough distinctive programme
content yet on DRM for consumers in France, Germany
and the Benelux to pay an extra premium for a digital
receiver.

The meeting was May 5th 2005 Bob. Rich D'Angelo had
already told me some details in a private email so I
had been checking for when the official minutes were
posted.
