Here in Madison, WI our community radio station WORT broadcasts NewsHour at 5 PM local time. Typically BBC says its the XXX GMT broadcast which is always earlier than 5 PM. I just thought the delay was due to WORT and its schedule or their is a delay to local stations by BBC.
Thanks,

Either that or recognizing that the rest of the international broadcast world runs on UT, they have decided to move GMT to be one hour ahead of UT thinking nobody uses GMT except the BBC so it is their right to do so.

I wouldn't know because I don't get BBC on SW much any more so I don't bother to track their SW schedule. Any other ideas?
