This is Radio Reloj, one of the Cuban government networks. It is often relayed
by Radio Habana Cuba on 6060 or other frequencies for an hour or so after RHC`s
own programming finishes at 0700. It`s ad-hoc, so does not appear in published
schedules. The same service is on numerous MW frequencies, which you might hear
in parallel on a good night. The Morse code is ``RR``, abbreviation for the
network. This has been discussed frequently in DX Listening Digest, which I
invite you to avail yourself of, as linked every few days on this list.
