Re: [Swprograms] Sorta OT -- Sirius question: Status of CBC offerings?

I have not found CBC on Sirius yet, but some of their programming is included in the "PRI World" stream, as mentioned previously.  However, last Sunday morning "Quirks and Quarks" did not make an appearance at 7:00a, as shown in the schedule, so I don't know how reliable it all is.  I'm happy I recorded it off shortwave Saturday morning...
I initially bought the Kenwood receiver and had a problem with the display.  Had to send it back for replacement.  It is difficult to read that display.
I now also have the Audiovox PNP, which has a much better display and more memory presets than the Kenwood.  I use the Audiovox at home and the Kenwood in my cars, and carry two subscriptions.
The new generation of receivers are smaller and run cooler than the first generation.

Subject: [Swprograms] Sorta OT -- Sirius question: Status of CBC offerings?

A question for you Sirius owners and company watchers:  Are the CBC Radio One and Radio Two channels part of the Sirius mix yet?

Santa found some extra $$ this holiday season, and a Sirius configuration is one of my options.

Also -- has anyone noticed particular performance differences between the various Sirius receivers?  I will probably go with a Plug N Play version.

Many thanks and Happy holidays!
