Ah - now I see it...on page 8 of our circular.

One of the better reviews for an under-$50 radio I've seen is 
for the Kaito WRX911, which Radios4You 
(http://www.radios4you.com) has for $25 right now.  

Both are analog tuned, but should get the shortwave 
powerhouses OK.

If, like other Kaitos, it's made by Degen, it will likely be 
relatively well made for the $$.
