[Swprograms] Radio Finland on shortwave

 The short wave service of Radio Finland was not closed down
as announced earlier. The broadcasts now are in Finnish, Special
Finnish, Swedish, Russian, Udmurtian and Chuvashian. News in Latin
can be heard Sunday at 16.55 UTC on 13665 and 17730 kHz, at 13.55 UTC
on 9595 kHz, at 19.55 UTC on 6120, 9630 and 963 kHz, at 20.45 UTC on
558 kHz and Monday at 03.45 UTC on 558 kHz and at 09.55 UTC on 17810
and 558 kHz. The QSL address is: YLE Radio Finland, PL 78, 00024
Finland.
