[Swprograms] MPeG video on BPL interferrence

SWPrograms List:
Some ham radio operators in North Carolina USA who have been
dealing with BPL (broadband over powerline, aka PLC)
interference have produced an excellent video showing its
effects.  Besides showing interference to ham radio
communications, they show interference to someone trying to
listen to Radio Netherlands.

There is obviously a message in there - convince the FCC,
Congress, and others to stop BPL.  But even with ignoring this
message (if you are so inclined) is still does a good job of
portaying the interference that would be expected as shown at a
real BPL site.
