I am no expert, but here are some listed repeaters at

Allentown - 146.94 - 146.34 71.9 NO W3OI . . . . Located Atop
Allentown, PA has coverage for all of the lehigh Valley and well into
other areas of PA
Philadelphia 147.03 Phil-Mont radio club
Philadelphia 442.55 rx 447.55 tx W3SBE open repeater - Society of
Broadcast Engineers Philly chapter
Plymouth Meeting -- probably closest to Kulpsville --448.675 N3IEI -
brady@xxxxxxx
Springfield -- not sure which one, there are several -- is also 442.55
Valley Forge - 443.9
