Hi Sheldon -- the weather down here in PA may be an annoyance into the
afternoon.
They tell us to expect snow changing to sleet, lasting from roughly 6
AM local time to 4 PM local time. Total accumulation of 1-3 inches
expected.
The heaviest pocket of snow -- where 6-9 inches could potentially
accumulate -- looks to be near Binghamton, NY. It will start there at
roughly 6 AM as well.
