Risto uses a service that guards against blacklisted domains, so this means
we'll have to use new services.

It appears that http://makeashorterlink.com is OK. Another that may be ok is
snipurl, see http://snipurl.com/.>>


Then there's <shorterlink.com>, which apparently is different than 
makeashortlink, which I assume would be OK for this list as well.
