Maryanne, I've seen a couple of mentions on the net about guys who repair
various versions of Rat Shack scanners.  You might want to try a Google
search on repairs for your version on the scanner or subscribe to the SCAN-L
list.....U of Missouri I think ???...they're a pretty knowledgeable group of
guys.  Another alternative would be to contact Mark Meese or Uncle Skip.
They know a lot of guys in the scanner community who might be able to help
you.
