[IRCA] TP 18 Aug Victoria version
Pretty much an Asian morning plus 738 and 612, and just the usual
suspects, expect that until a couple of days ago, they weren't the
usual suspects.
pretty darn good audio (all of it understandable by a native speaker,
at least briefly):
not today
Reasonable audio at times during the period (much of it
understandable by a native speaker, though often battling w/splash or noise):
738 presumed Tahiti, female vocal pop music 1255UT
1053 Korean jammer 1222UT
1566 HLAZ woman in Japanese 1237UT
not so reasonable audio, occasional words or phrases in splash or
noise could be understood by a native speaker:
612 4QR after a faint fanfare at 1300UT, faded up to man with news,
and woman with a report on an item 1301UT
774 JOUB man talking Japanese 1138UT, but came up to this level a
couple of times also after 1200UT
Burbles in the splatter and noise (if lucky, language might be
guessed at by cadence of talk, or parallel established by changes in
talk or music)
747 JOIB English lessons //774 1224UT
828 JOBB man talking 1150UT //774
Strongish het, no or "near imaginary" audio (either undermodulated or
ravaged by splatter)
594 675 702 (SAH) 882 891 972 1044 1098 1116 1287 1386 1548
best wishes,
Nick
