[IRCA] TP 26 Apr Victoria version
An odd mix of Asian big guns plus a few Aussies that arrived around
1230UT, and lots of interesting carriers.
pretty darn good audio (all of it understandable by a native speaker,
at least briefly):
774 JOUB English lessons 1226UT
Reasonable audio at times during the period (much of it
understandable by a native speaker, though often battling w/splash or noise):
1566 HLAZ during the Japanese program (1230UT onwards), this had not
been doing much better than the peaks in the earlier Chinese program,
but at 1302UT, a brief boost to this level with man and woman in Japanese.
not so reasonable audio, occasional words or phrases in splash or
noise could be understood by a native speaker:
612 likely 4QR man talking, DU English 1236UT, no parallels available
828 JOBB English lessons 1225UT //774
891 man talking DU English 1248UT, mention of Australia, maybe 5AN
972 HLCA man in Korean 1230UT
1566 HLAZ man in Chinese 1225UT
Burbles in the splatter and noise (if lucky, language might be
guessed at by cadence of talk, or parallel established by changes in
talk or music)
576 2RN man mumbling 1237UT //792
594 JOAK? vocal music 1218UT, woman talking, Japanese inflection
702 man talking DU English inflection 1227UT
747 sounded like English lessons 1223UT
792 4RN //576 1237UT
1053 Korean jammer, quite faint, 1223UT
Strongish het, no or "near imaginary" audio (either undermodulated or
ravaged by splatter)
