[IRCA] 1377 UnID TP Recording from Yesterday



A couple of Japanese DXers (Satoshi Miyauchi and Hiroyuki Okamura) have listened to the 1377 clip from yesterday's Grayland session and both now say that itÂsounds likeÂRRI Tolitoli. Hiroyuki even says that he can hear an "Indonesia Tolitoli" from the female announcer atÂ0:26 into the recording, butÂhe must have more skill in picking this out than I do. Satoshi simply says that the language sounds like Bahasa Indonesia

On the other hand the 1035 kHz recording is not the CNR1 synchros, but the 10 kW Korean station HLCP. It was the first time I've ever heard a complete absence of any Chinese speech on the frequencyÂduring great conditions.
