[IRCA] Oklahoma TP DX 4/2/16

Only two Japanese stations heard here on PL-606 with 8-inch FSL, 4/2/16.

JOIB 747 was barely audible briefly at 1140.
JOUB 774 was barely audible to poor at 1145-1151.
