[IRCA] TP 28 Mar Victoria version

A disappointing morning, as Bruce has described already. I rarely check
the even channels, but his reception of KBBI made me take a listen. Sure
enough, there they were just before 1300UT with a nice ID.

pretty darn good audio (all of it understandable by a native speaker, at
least briefly):

972 HLCA music followed by woman and man in Korean 1335UT
1566 HLAZ usual Japanese s/off by woman 1343UT

Reasonable audio at times during the period (much of it understandable by
a native speaker, though often battling w/splash or noise):

774 JOUB man in Japanese , jazz guitar interlude 1329UT
1053 Korean jammer 1337

not so reasonable audio, occasional words or phrases in splash or noise
could be understood by a native speaker:

747 JOIB jazzy interlude 1329UT //774
828 JOBB Chinese lessons 1332UT

Burbles in the splatter and noise (if lucky, language might be guessed at
by cadence of talk, or parallel established by changes in talk or music)

594 woman talking, maybe Japanese 1329UT, the best this one got
738 rhythmic pop music 1337UT
1206 Yanbian? woman talking, Korean possible, 1333UT; off channel

Strongish het, no or "near imaginary" audio (either undermodulated or
ravaged by splatter)

 558 603 864 1116 1143

best wishes,

Nick
