[IRCA] TP 25 Mar Victoria version
erratic, and mostly not too strong; some second string made brief
appearances, and possibly an Aussie as well.
pretty darn good audio (all of it understandable by a native speaker,
at least briefly):
774 JOUB woman in Japanese 1308UT, hitting this levels several times after this
828 JOBB woman in Japanese 1323UT //774
1566 HLAZ Japanese sign off 1343UT, then faded down with Chinese
program, but it also came up to this level by 1351UT, woman in Chinese
Reasonable audio at times during the period (much of it
understandable by a native speaker, though often battling w/splash or noise):
747 JOIB man in Japanese, along with instrumental music, fighting
with splash //774
972 HLCA man in Korean 1357UT, followed by woman
1575 VoA likely with two men in SE Asian language 1342UT
not so reasonable audio, occasional words or phrases in splash or
noise could be understood by a native speaker:
558 HLQH slow male vocal 1343UT then fading down to talk //603 at 1344UT
594 JOAK man in Japanese 1337UT
873 JOGB woman in Japanese //774 1309UT
1053 Korean jammer 1350UT
Burbles in the splatter and noise (if lucky, language might be
guessed at by cadence of talk, or parallel established by changes in
talk or music)
891 man talking, Japanese intonation perhaps, 1322UT, but no //
945 man talking 1321UT, Chinese intonation
954 man talking Japanese? 1342UT
963 CRI? woman talking 1331UT, might have been Russian
1143 man mumbling after music 1401-4UT
1323 man mumbling after vocal music, but 963 had faded down 1344UT
1539 man talking slowly 1353-6UT, possible DU English inflection,
better on west Flag, definitely not //774. Australia?
Strongish het, no or "near imaginary" audio (either undermodulated or
ravaged by splatter)

best wishes,
