[IRCA] Oklahoma TP DX 3/20/16

Good morning fellow DXers.  For a few minutes around local sunrise (1231 GMT) I listened for TP signals.  JOUB 774 was heard at 1225 GMT with a poor to barely audible signal fading out at 1228.  No signals heard on 594, 693, 747 or 828 kHz.  

Good DX.
