[IRCA] Sign petition at KXEL.com

** U S A. Glenn, I have been listening to KXEL on 1540 AM for the last ten years or so. They started running an announcement for the last few days about the FCC possibly reducing their nighttime coverage area. They asked listeners to go to their website and sign the petition here:

Petition speaks only in generalities about FCC changing rules to allow more stations on air at night, harming KXEL and other 50 kW clear channel stations (Glenn Hauser, ibid.)
