[IRCA] TP 10 Feb Victoria version

A little bit of enhancement near sunrise, a whole lot of nothing much earlier....

pretty darn good audio (all of it understandable by a native speaker, at least briefly):

only a little bit of enhancement

Reasonable audio at times during the period (much of it understandable by a native speaker, though often battling w/splash or noise):

only a LITTLE bit of enhancement

not so reasonable audio, occasional words or phrases in splash or noise could be understood by a native speaker:

738 Tahiti? pop music 1446UT
1566 HLAZ? (? &?) very erratic but sometimes peaked at this level with woman and man in Chinese 1445 through to 1510UT or thereabouts. Sometimes it seemed like something else was breaking through as well.

Burbles in the splatter and noise (if lucky, language might be guessed at by cadence of talk, or parallel established by changes in talk or music)

558 HLQH soft music 1459, woman talking, //603 and stronger; neither had much strength however
594 man mumbling 1505UT
603 HLSA soft music 1511UT //558 which my now was the weaker of the two
747 JOIB man talking, Japanese inflection 1512UT
972 woman talking 1449UT
1593 light music 1456UT, followed by man speaking with Chinese inflection; this too was in and out for about 15 minutes

Strongish het, no or "near imaginary" audio (either undermodulated or ravaged by splatter)

567 774 1089 1098 1107 1143 1206 1215 1323 1359 1404 1413 1575

best wishes,

Nick
