That is nearly exactly what Iâm hearing here near Birmingham. The warble part is much stronger here, literally dominating the channel at times. At first, I too thought it might be local interference or QRM but after a few times listening to it, I can tell you that is not the case. 

Itâs only audible via skywave, and seems to follow the gray line in terms of signal strength. While itâs audible well into the night (I checked against just after midnight last evening and it was still there) itâs much stronger around SSS. 

Iâd guess somewhere in the Caribbean or Eastern US time zone (at most).
