I have all the ALA100 series antennas - and a couple of Wellbrook FLG
series antennas -

What can I say? They rock on long wave, they rock on medium, they rock on
shortwave. They are directional and
they reduce atmospheric and local noise by around 80% under some
circumstances -


Flag antennas are awesome but without the pre-amp (that the Wellbrook FLG
series does...) there is not a lot of signal.

You're are going to have lots of fun with it.
