Fair here in Nova Scotia at 05:59:30 UTC - as mentioned by others sweep
tones, stairs, Price is Right jingle. Progreso had been dominating up to the
time the test started.

At 0658-0702 UTC Rebelde cuckoo tones and commentary @ TOH, that wiped out
very strong 'America the beautiful' up to 06:58:50. Sweep tones audible at
07:01:45 under Rebelde. Can't confirm where 'AtB' originated, no ID heard.

At 0758-0802 UTC only Libertad (Barranquila) on frequency.
Can anyone confirm what power was being used? Is it the regular nighttime of
1.8? I notice a construction permit for 9.7 nighttime, and am wondering if
this was what was being tested. Also does anyone know if there is a
possibility of QSL'ing this transmission?
