You may have already seen this, but according to their FCC correspondence
file, WBOB applied for a Construction Permit for a 50kW daytime two-tower
array in 2012 (9.7kW with 5 towers at night), and had a Program Test
Authority issued last September for that CP. Definitely looking forward to
this test here.
