I'm thinking that they'll be doing antenna, and/or transmitter repairs.
For this, I'm sure they'd prefer daylight hours, so with 690 secondary to
88.1 (remember, the plan had been to close 690 completely, when they
brought 88.1 on), I don't think it's such a big deal to the CBC brass.
