[IRCA] TP DX in Seattle on 26 Sept

Conditions were quite good today, possibly the best of the season 
here.   The Japanese were a bit below the levels of the past few days, 
but Koreans and Chinese made up for it.  972 and 1566 were particularly 
impressive.

There were plenty of carriers on intriguing channels like 792 1089 1098 
1116 1179 and 1314, so I'm hoping the upward trend will continue.

GOOD
774    JOUB, Japanese male 1336
972    HLCA, huge signal today, stronger than 970 at times, 1259:30 
woman with KBS Hanminjok something Inmida ID,3+1 pips, then theme music 
and start of next program
1566    HLAZ, consistently good from 1155 until end of Japanese program 
1345.   Still there after start of Chinese pgm but much weaker.


FAIR
693    JOAB male talk 1210
747    JOIB 1309 English lesson //774
828    JOBB 1318 English lesson //774
963    CRI, 1339 music //1323
981    Chinese talk in the splatter 1332
1053    jammer 1317
1323    CRI female talk & music 1340.  Carrier was as strong as 1320 
domestics at times, but modulation was a bit light
1575    VOA, Woman in Asian language 1320 briefly rising up, still there 
with faint English ID 1330
