[IRCA] TP 1 Sep Victoria version

Nice DU boost between 1320 and 1330UT

pretty darn good audio (all of it understandable by a native speaker, at least briefly):

not quite

Reasonable audio at times during the period (much of it understandable by a native speaker, though often battling w/splash or noise):

1512 2RN with blues vocals and instrumentals, plus some DU English talk by man, 1318 to after 1330UT. //576 (which was much weaker) at 1323UT
1566 3NE? man talking DU English 1316UT 1322UT

not so reasonable audio, occasional words or phrases in splash or noise could be understood by a native speaker:

1611 man talking, murky enough to be unreadable, but quite strong, 1320UT

Burbles in the splatter and noise (if lucky, language might be guessed at by cadence of talk, or parallel established by changes in talk or music)

774 JOUB? man talking, sounded Japanese 1146UT; mixture of NHK and ABC pips at 1200UT
1287 JOHR? woman talking, Japanese inflection 1312UT
1413 woman talking 1322UT
1503 slow vocal music 1318UT
1539 man talking 1323UT
1557 woman talking 1316UT; man talking 1328UT
1593 woman talking 1320UT
1665 man talking 1321UT
1674 slow vocal music 1320UT
1701 Arabic sounding vocal music 1325UT, man talking a little later

Strongish het, no or "near imaginary" audio (either undermodulated or ravaged by splatter)

567 612 675 819 828 1035 1053 1116 1224 1242 1422 1629 w/ hum, 1683

best wishes,

Nick
