Re: [IRCA] 531 UnID Australians-- Oz English Translator Needed

Thanks for the information on 531-4KZ's time pips and other details, Chuck.
I was able to get some further assistance regarding these MP3'sÂfrom an Australian Facebook group. Both Merv Joyce and Dene Lynneberg agree with you that all the clues point to 531-4KZ (pasted below).

Merv Joyce Gary ... I did a reverse lookup on that mobile number ... It is listed as Soaps Electrics, Cassowary Coast, Qld (near Innisfail)

Dene Lynneberg Hi Gary. Had a listen to your four mp3 clips. Clip #1 Nothing much decipherable after the time pips. Clip #2 mentions the Macquarie National News then gives some weather information mentioning Cairns and Innisfail. So once again definately 4KZ. Clip #3 Again a little difficult to follow but female announcer did mention: " ..... own music. This is your music ...." followed by Sinead O'Connor with "Nothing Compares To You". Clip #4. Agree with Merv on this one. You can hear the words "Soaps Electrics" right after they give the phone number.ÂÂ >>>

Gary:
4KZ is the only 531 Aussie with pips as best I know.In clip #2, at 1:05 I think I hear 'Innisfail".In #4, there are some clear phone numbers, an ad for a solar power product, and then an ad for someone that delivers from ?? to ?? What I hear for the locations doesn't match up with towns around Innisfail or Kempsey. The programming aligns with 4KZ but I can't hear a real ID.
