[IRCA] TP 3 June Victoria version

A bit of an Asian and Australian mix today with some brief instances of readable audio.

Reasonable audio at times during the period (much of it understandable by a native speaker, though often battling w/splash or noise):

738 Tahiti assumed. Pop music in the splash, peaking at about 1019UT. Some later reprises, but not this strong

not so reasonable audio, occasional words or phrases in splash or noise could be understood by a native speaker:

1548 4QD man talking 1148UT and 1153UT, with quick fade up and a couple of readable DU English words. Weaker ABC fanfare heard at 1200UT.
1566 HLAZ likely. male vocal 1051UT, with a devotional sound to it.

Burbles in the splatter and noise (if lucky, language might be guessed at by cadence of talk, or parallel established by changes in talk or music)

1287 man talking 1129UT , too weak for any language guess.

Strongish het, no or "near imaginary" audio (either undermodulated or ravaged by splatter)

1008 1116 1206 1386 1593 (which was quite messy)

best wishes,

Nick
