[IRCA] TP 2 June Victoria version

A slightly more interesting morning, but still quite a challenge to hear anything at all.

Reasonable audio at times during the period (much of it understandable by a native speaker, though often battling w/splash or noise):

738 Tahiti assumed. First heard with pop music 1034UT, returned at 1047UT and built to this level by 1054UT with Caribbean sounding vocals, until collapsing prior to the hour.

.....
not so reasonable audio, occasional words or phrases in splash or noise could be understood by a native speaker:

the above, passing through

Burbles in the splatter and noise (if lucky, language might be guessed at by cadence of talk, or parallel established by changes in talk or music)

747 woman talking 1126UT, too much splash to guess at language. The time, and a strong 1287 carrier at the same time might cause speculation that it was JOIB (and speculation is the name of the game at this time of year)
1566 woman talking 1123UT, Chinese inflection

Strongish het, no or "near imaginary" audio (either undermodulated or ravaged by splatter)

702 1116 1287

best wishes,

Nick
