Guy….You're bringing tears to my eyes!! I can remember sitting in Dave Clark's Frozen Cold Chinchilla Barn listening to these very stations you are talking about!!! With all of Dave's Delta Loops, Full Wave Dipoles, and Beverage antennas it was a virtual "Shooting Fish in a Barrel" experience!
With Dave, Cedric Marshall and a few times John Fisher there as well….there was a Ton of DX knowledge sitting there beside me!! Combined with the Great DX Antennas…..it was amazing! You didn't even need any reference materials while DXing….Dave and Cedric knew where every INDO Station was located, what frequency they were on (right down to the .xx) and exactly when they would fade in and fade out!! It was almost too easy…….
I sure miss those days, and the Trips to Newmarket to DX with those guys!! I heard stuff there that I would have no chance of ever hearing here at home……….
Anybody got a "Go-Back Time Machine??".
