I think Clifton Labs sells the Z10040B now Jim. As amplifiers go, I suspect you won't get much better than this one, very well specified and tested. But for best results, you'll want to provide it with 50 ohm input and 50 ohm output; the latter could be a 50 ohm attenuator pad if you have gain to spare.

What is you exact application? Tuned passive loop antennas for example rarely have a 50 ohm output.
