[IRCA] TP 27 Mar Victoria version
A bit of a bust. As Gary noted, practically nothing until about
1325UT, when a weak sunrise enhancement occurred.
pretty darn good audio (all of it understandable by a native speaker,
at least briefly):
not today
Reasonable audio at times during the period (much of it
understandable by a native speaker, though often battling w/splash or noise):
1566 HLAZ briefly reached this level w/lady signing off the Japanese
programs over piano music, 1343UT
not so reasonable audio, occasional words or phrases in splash or
noise could be understood by a native speaker:
the above passing through
Burbles in the splatter and noise (if lucky, language might be
guessed at by cadence of talk, or parallel established by changes in
talk or music)
594 JOAK? man talking Japanese inflection 1329UT
738 rhythmic pop mx 1322UT
747 JOIB? man and woman talking; woman sounded Chinese? 1334UT;
Chinese lessons at this time
Strongish het, no or "near imaginary" audio (either undermodulated or
ravaged by splatter)
693 774 1368 1386 1422 1512
(1368 an odd one; turned up around 1350UT, just as others had about faded out)
best wishes,
Nick
