[IRCA] not TP 23 Mar Victoria version
Not quite as bad as yesterday, but I'm still very glad that the
NetSDR was doing the heavy lifting.
pretty darn good audio (all of it understandable by a native speaker,
at least briefly):
no
Reasonable audio at times during the period (much of it
understandable by a native speaker, though often battling w/splash or noise):
no
not so reasonable audio, occasional words or phrases in splash or
noise could be understood by a native speaker:
738 Rhythmic vocal mx 1207UT, presumed Tahiti
Burbles in the splatter and noise (if lucky, language might be
guessed at by cadence of talk, or parallel established by changes in
talk or music)
594 man talking, possibly DU English, 1208UT
702 man mumbling 1214UT; another appearance 1337UT
774 man and woman talking 1337UT, DU English inflection, but not
//702, perhaps the latter was N. Zealand?
828 man mumbling 1212UT
Strongish het, no or "near imaginary" audio (either undermodulated or
ravaged by splatter)
603 612 756 819 855 882 891 963 1008 1116 1503
best wishes,
Nick
