[IRCA] TP 4 Mar Victoria version

A bit of a lift after 1410UT, but much of the benefit went to DUs 
today, although the JJ big guns were there also.    One piece of 
oddness is that all Asiatic signals across the band seemed to be best 
on the north Flag; usually the north Flag only benefit upper band Asiatics.





pretty darn good audio (all of it understandable by a native speaker, 
at least briefly):

594 JOAK man in  JJ 1423UT
774 JOUB JJ woman 1436UT; nice JOUB ID by man at 1440UT just before 
national anthem and s/off music box



Reasonable audio  at  times during the period (much of it 
understandable by a native speaker, though often battling w/splash or noise):

612 4QR man in DU EE 1424UT
747 JOIB EE lessons 1431UT


not so reasonable audio, occasional words or phrases in splash or 
noise could be understood by a native speaker:

828 JOBB woman in JJ 1401UT //774; nothing on hour



Burbles in the splatter and noise (if lucky, language might be 
guessed at by cadence of talk, or parallel established by changes in 
talk or music)

567 JOIK man and woman in JJ //594 at 1433UT, best on north Flag
576 man talking with another on phone, seemed DU EE 1413UT; 2RN?
702 2BL man in DU EE at 1410UT //612 with latter leading slightly
738 2NR man in DU EE //612 with latter leading; 1417-19UT
891 5AN w/ ABC nx fanfare at 1430UT
972 HLCA? music 1434UT
1116 man talking 1304UT,  no idea of language, too much splash; presumed 4BC?
1566 man talking, maybe CC 1431UT





Strongish het, no or "near imaginary" audio (either undermodulated or 
ravaged by splatter)
