I saw that. It's the only one I can think of that could fit. If everything is set up right at the IBOC station you shouldn't hear hash more than 10 kHz off frequency unless the station is extremely strong.
The only station you're likely to hear on 1030 is KTWO and as far as I know it doesn't run IBOC.
