Re: [IRCA] HD Hash on 1040?



It could be KTCT-1050, which runs I-Block. IBOC. It's licensed for 10 kW at night but gets to run its 50 kW day power and pattern at night to overcome major cheater XED in Mexicali. It has had an STA for this since 1999. 

There are a number of similar STAs in Florida to overcome Cuban cheaters.
