[IRCA] TP 10 Feb Victoria version
Generally comatose before about 1508UT this morning, and a small
upper band enhancement for about 10 minutes, and that was it, though
included a weak CNR1 on 1359. No sign of DUs today.
pretty darn good audio (all of it understandable by a native speaker,
at least briefly):
no
Reasonable audio at times during the period (much of it
understandable by a native speaker, though often battling w/splash or noise):
1566 HLAZ female vocal mx, last woman left standing 1519UT, soon faded
not so reasonable audio, occasional words or phrases in splash or
noise could be understood by a native speaker:
747 JOIB woman in JJ //774 1442UT, faded by 1450UT
1593 CNR1 man and woman talking CC 1518UT, seemed //6125, though
tough because of offset. Had seemed more closely // but weaker
1513UT, when //1359.
Burbles in the splatter and noise (if lucky, language might be
guessed at by cadence of talk, or parallel established by changes in
talk or music)
774 JOUB man and woman talking //747 1439UT
1242 man and woman talking, maybe JJ inflection
1359 CNR1 really weak, man talking seemed //1593, 1513UT
1386 NHK2, also very weak //weak 774 1515-16UT
1422 woman talking, JJ inflection 1511UT
Strongish het, no or "near imaginary" audio (either undermodulated or
ravaged by splatter)
738 1134 1323 1404 1494 1575
best wishes,
Nick
