[IRCA] TP DX in Seattle on Feb 3

Conditions today were about average by winter 2015 standards.  Once 
again, I only had a few pathetic little carriers below 1300 kHz. Above 
1300, things were a lot better with several tantalizing carriers almost 
producing audio and some with weak audio.  HLAZ was the strongest of the 
lot, though not as spectacular as what Gary described.  The most 
interesting catch was on 1422, where a Chinese speaker took the place of 
the expected JORF.

GOOD
1566    HLAZ, briefly good with Chinese announcements 1515-17, fair-poor 
otherwise

FAIR

1422  1515-18 Chinese man talking, very erratic signal

POOR
