Shouldn't, but who knows. I am surprised all my external cards work great
in a USB3 hub. The hubs I use are:

I have two of these, the second one hosts a G33DDC, G313e and SDR-IQ along
with 3 Anker USB3 HD caddys I use for SDR recording while keeping one port
left open for a USB thumb drive I keep log data on.
