Okay, apparently I have a mental block on KACH!  That's a re-log and the
other time I needed help with it, too.  It's almost exactly due north, so
with the cardioid pattern of the phased loop and vertical it's still in a
reasonable part of the pattern.  As much as I wish KXEO had been correct,
it does verify that fact that I wasn't sure about this one.
