[IRCA] Morse Code on 1361

Good morning!

 

I am in Algona, Iowa which is about 120 miles north and a bit west of Des
Moines and I apologize for not stating that. 

 

I heard the code again about three hours later and it was very difficult to
copy even with a Morse reader app that works quite well. It is obviously a
heterodyne and CW. The beat tone went a bit lower between code segments.  I
will check it again later this morning.

 

My deep and serious listening will be on hold for a bit pending the
reinstallation of ? everything?. But I did also hear 17 NDBs last evening in
about a 15 minute period of time.

 

The dominant MF signals here are KLGZ on 1600 and the airport NDB on 403
that is AXA.

 

We just moved here about two weeks ago and house, garage, and radio shack
are still in some disarray!
