Bermuda 1160: has anyone heard this recently?
The website ' http://vsb.bm/ ' still has a BBC 1160 entry.
I used to have this fairly often. I haven't heard it for a while.
I was thinking of phoning or e-mailing the station but I figured I'd
run it by the rest of you first to see what you've heard on 1160 lately
or what you may have read from various online and paper sources.
Typically I have WOBM-NJ atop 1160 with WVNJ-NJ & WSKW-ME fighting it
out for the #2 and #3 spots.
Station e-mail is 'info@xxxxxx' and phone is (441) 292-0050 if anyone
wants to investigate further. I haven't heard the 1280 station
(religious) for a while either. 1280 is usually WADO-NY over WPKZ-MA
and WFAU-ME.
Maybe it's just that it's been almost a year since my last car
DXpedition session from nearby beach sites where the Bermuda stations
do better (relative to co-channel domestics) than at the house.
