[IRCA] Alberta TAs

   Even a bit better tonight, with several of the TAs even generating 
weak audio.  Germany on 1422, France on 1206, and Absolute in the UK on 
1215 all were noted with audio around 0330.
   I'd have to check my records, but I'm reasonably certain I've never 
logged TA audio in August before.   Just checked 1422 and Germany is 
doing rather better, with 100% copy at times.   French also on 1557. 
Amazing for this time of year.
