[IRCA] TP 23 Aug Victoria version

Alberta. Things here were quite splashy, with a bit of bias towards
down under.
pretty darn good audio (all of it understandable by a native speaker,
at least briefly):
nope
Reasonable audio at times during the period (much of it
understandable by a native speaker, though often battling w/splash or noise):
nor here
not so reasonable audio, occasional words or phrases in splash or
noise could be understood by a native speaker:

738 Tahiti? island choral mx 1222UT
1116 4BC? man talking DU EE 1125UT
Burbles in the splatter and noise (if lucky, language might be
guessed at by cadence of talk, or parallel established by changes in
talk or music) :
774 JOUB man talking, JJ inflection 1134UT, seemed //828
774 man talking DU EE? 1251UT
819 man and woman talking u/820 splat, 1305UT, seemed DU EE
828 JOBB, as above, but weaker
972 woman talking, then man 1128UT
1287 jazzy female singer 1123UT
1503 man talking, DU EE? 1208UT
Strongish het, no or "near imaginary"audio (either undermodulated or
ravaged by splatter):
