[IRCA] TP 22 Aug Victoria version
A bit more Asiatic today, but nothing astonishing, and mostly poor levels.
pretty darn good audio (all of it understandable by a native speaker,
at least briefly):
nope
Reasonable audio at times during the period (much of it
understandable by a native speaker, though often battling w/splash or noise):
1566 HLAZ sudden fade up 1247UT, man in JJ, soon back into the murk
not so reasonable audio, occasional words or phrases in splash or
noise could be understood by a native speaker:
972 HLCA man in KK 1241UT
also, HLAZ thundering through. It was also at this level with the
CC program at 1212UT, man in CC.
Burbles in the splatter and noise (if lucky, language might be
guessed at by cadence of talk, or parallel established by changes in
talk or music) :
612 4QR? woman and man talking, DU EE? 1239UT
702 man talking excitedly 1126UT, DU EE?
738 Tahiti? jazzy pop mx 1254UT
747 woman talking, maybe JJ? 1236UT, then maybe into EE lessons
828 JOBB? woman talking, sounded JJ 1244UT
1053 KK jammer 1238UT
1116 man talking, DU EE inflection 1122UT, perhaps a sports broadcast
judging by excitement level
Strongish het, no or "near imaginary"audio (either undermodulated or
ravaged by splatter):
1008 1017 1287
best wishes,
Nick
